This guide explains how the StructlyALL platform works — for both manufacturers who want their products exhibited and foreign companies exploring Israeli-made goods.

How the Platform Works

StructlyALL automatically collects information about products manufactured in Israel from various sources and places them on the exhibition platform. However, these products are not publicly visible until their manufacturer grants permission.

When your products are found, the platform automatically sends you an email inviting you to claim your products and decide whether to make them visible to the public — including foreign companies actively seeking Israeli-made goods.

If you are a Manufacturer

Your products may already be on the platform but hidden. Follow this guide to make them public, translate them into other languages, and add photos.

If you are a Visitor / Buyer

You can browse all products that manufacturers have chosen to make public — in your own language, with full specifications and photos.

Step 1 — Expand the Item Structure

Your product structure has already been created by the platform. If you need to add additional characteristics, this tool allows you to expand the product structure with new fields.

How to add a characteristic:

Select the product you want to expand
Enter the name of the new characteristic
Choose the type: TEXT, NUMBER, NUMBER_RANGE, BOOLEAN, EMAIL, or SITE
For NUMBER_RANGE, specify the unit of measurement (cm, kg, USD, etc.)
Click "Add Field"

Example: "Warranty Period" → NUMBER_RANGE → months

New fields are automatically added to the product table and available for all instances.

Step 2 — Edit Characteristic Values

Here you can edit the values of your product characteristics. Fill in accurate data — this is exactly what foreign buyers will see.

How to edit:

Select the product you want to edit
Change any field value in the product table
Click "Save Changes" to apply your edits

The form does not auto-save. Always click "Save Changes" after editing.

Step 3 — Attach Photos to Your Products

Each product can have up to 5 photos. Photos make your products visible and attractive to foreign buyers — products with photos get significantly more attention.

How to manage photos:

In the product catalog, click "Manage Photos" for the desired product
Upload new images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP up to 5MB)
View existing photos in the gallery by clicking on thumbnails
Click on a photo to open it in full screen

Old photos are automatically replaced when uploading new ones. Maximum 5 photos per product.

Use clear, well-lit photos on a neutral background — this is what foreign buyers see first.

Step 4 — Translate Your Catalog into Other Languages

This is the key step that makes your products visible to foreign companies. By default, your products appear in English. The AI can automatically translate your entire catalog into any supported language while preserving the structure.

How to translate:

Select the product you want to translate
Choose the target language from the list
Click "Start Translation"
The system will create a complete translated version of your catalog

Supported languages: English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Ukrainian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Turkish, Arabic, Hebrew.

Make sure to review and correct translations via "Edit Translation" — AI may not be perfect for industry-specific terms.

Troubleshooting

Common issues and solutions:

I received an email but don't see my products publicly — This is normal. Your products are hidden until you claim them and grant permission. Follow Steps 1–4 to make them public.
No data appears in the catalog — Make sure you've selected the correct language and product using the drop-down menus at the top.
Changes are not saving — Check that you clicked "Save Changes" after editing. The form does not auto-save.
Photos are not uploading — Check file size (max 5MB) and format (JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP).
Translation seems incorrect — Use "Edit Translation" to manually correct AI-translated texts.
I don't want my products to be public — Simply do not grant permission. Your products will remain visible only to you.
